Dear Parents;

Things aren't slowing down here at the Edgartown School.  In fact, we're just begining to hit our stride with all of the events and activities that lie ahead.  The annual Halloween Party is this Friday from 4-6pm sponsored by the PTO.  Thanks to the PTO Officers and the many volunteers that make this enjoyable party happen.  The kids really have a great time playing games and having their costumes judged.

Stay tuned to PTO news as they are planning a school garden for the spring.  This is exciting news as a garden connects to the curriculums and can help support our lunch program.

Report cards go home on Friday...Halloween.  Parent conferences are being scheduled electronically for dates in November.  Something new this year; grades 7&8 have an additional conference date, Nov. 13 in the afternoon available which means that the 7th and 8th grade students will be dismissed at noon on that date.  The remainder of the school has a full day on Nov. 13.  If you need help scheduling conferences, give us a call and we'll be glad to assist.  All our teachers and counselors are available for parent conferences, so please take advantage of this great opportunity.
