To Join the team:
Sign up is in the link extension, fill out a concussion form, return to the nurse and have a doctor’s physical that clears you for sports on file with the nurse as well. Physical exam needs to be within this year.
Students will need to be current with all schoolwork to be eligible.
Practice Times are Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm to 4:30pm. Parent pick up is by the playground.
Students will need a snack and a water bottle.
Please inform the coach of any of commitments that keep you from practice.
Meets are held at the MV High School track. The team is bussed after school to the track. Parent pick up is after the meet, which typically ends at 5:00 if events run on time!
