WHO WE ARE & HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED!
Participating in the PTA is a great way to get involved in our school and become a bigger part of your children's experiences. We would love to have you join our Edgartown School PTA community. For more information: read on and consider joining today! (Sign-up Form can be downloaded from file cabinet below.)
Our Mission: The Edgartown School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) organizes activities promoting a fun and healthy school community that fosters strong relationships between parents, teachers, and students. Through our events, we also raise funds that contribute to key programs for our school. Please join us! Read the announcements and check out the calendar for upcoming events. Also refer to our recent newsletter for highlights of our accomplishments over the past year (available to download from file cabinet below).
Meetings: The PTA typically holds a monthly meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. If you have a topic that you would like to introduce to the PTA and present during the open discussion, please email Deanna Ahearn Laird (dlamvrn (at) gmail.com) or feel free to submit request to the PTA mailbox in the main office before the 1st Tuesday of each month.

· We launched in 2012 with over 40 Charter Members, including parents, teachers and staff.
· To become a new member or to renew your annual membership, please see below.
The annual membership is $5 per individual, or $10 for dual membership (covers two parents/guardians.) Your membership does not commit you to monthly meetings or active involvement, unless you wish. Simply return the form you received in your back-to-school packet, or download from the file cabinet below, to the PTA Mailbox in the front office with your check made out to "The Edgartown School PTA". Thank you! The annual membership fee just covers our cost to be part of the state and national PTA each year.
