Participating in the PTA is a great way to get involved in our school and become a bigger part of your children's experiences. We would love to have you join our Edgartown School PTA community. For more information: read on and consider joining today! (PTA Sign-up Form can be downloaded from file cabinet below.)
Our Mission: The Edgartown School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) organizes activities promoting a fun and healthy school community that fosters strong relationships between parents, teachers, and students. Through our events, we also raise funds that contribute to key programs for our school. Please join us! Read the announcements and check out the calendar for upcoming events.
Meetings: The PTA holds a monthly meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. If you have a topic that you would like to introduce to the PTA and present during the open discussion, please email Deanna Ahearn Laird (dlamvrn (at) gmail.com) or feel free to submit request to the PTA mailbox in the main office before the 1st Tuesday of each month.
Our next PTA meeting is scheduled for Wednesday March 11, 2015 starting at 5:30 pm in the school cafeteria. We look forward to meeting all parents who may be interested in joining in our efforts. Thank you for your participation.

Edgartown School PTA Spring Fundraiser
Announced! March 13- April 3, 2015
The Edgartown School PTA is providing a wonderful fundraiser again this spring! Flower Power fundraising delivers flower bulbs and plants, and proceeds go to Edgartown School programs, starting with our school garden! Thank you for supporting the Edgartown School!
Please return the packet to your student's classroom with orders and payment (checks made out to The Edgartown School PTA) The family with the highest sales will win a fruit tree to plant at their home.
Also, you may place orders online at www.flowerpowerfundraising.com. Click "Place Order", type "Edgartown" for Organization, and click "Search" box. Sign-up as many family and friends as you can, and the items they purchase this spring will also support the Edgartown School programs!

Register (or re-register) your Stop & Shop Card to earn money for our school as you regularly shop. Please sign-up today as The Edgartown School will earn CASH each time you shop at Stop & Shop starting October 5 until end of March. The next time you go to Stop & Shop, visit the Customer Service desk. Or download the registration form from the file cabinet below and return it to the PTA Mailbox in the school office, and we'll take care of it for you. You can also go on-line to www.stopandshop.com/aplus or call 1-877-ASK-APLUS (1-877-275-2758).
This is an easy way you can make a difference in helping to raise money for our school by just shopping!

The membership is $5 per individual, or $10 for dual membership (covers two parents/guardians.) Your membership does not commit you to monthly meetings or active involvement, unless you wish. Simply return the form you received in your back-to-school packet, or download from the file cabinet below, to the PTA Mailbox in the front office with your check made out to "The Edgartown School PTA".

Come visit, hear about all of our fundraising activities and what we are planning for the Spring of 2015...
A+ UPDATE - The PTA is excited to report the success of the weekend drive in December. They signed up 106 new A+ cards. That means each and every time they shop a percentage comes to the Edgartown School.
